Amplifii Marketplace LLC ("Amplifii," "we," "us," or "our") provides websites, applications, and services that connect Creators and Brands. This Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with Marketplace, Bounties, Advantage, Conductor, Lasso, attribution, and related services. It also covers people whose public professional information is used for Creator discovery and people who interact with campaign links.

Amplifii is responsible for the personal information we process for our own Platform purposes. A Brand or another service may separately control information it collects through its campaigns, website, payment service, or social platform. Where we process information on a Brand's instructions under a separate data-processing agreement, that agreement also applies.

This Policy is a notice of our practices. Visiting a page or acknowledging the Policy does not by itself provide consent to every use of personal information. We obtain consent separately where required.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • Account and contact details: Name, email, phone number where provided or required for verification, account identifiers, profile photo, business details, team role, contact preferences, and time zone.
  • Creator and Brand profiles: Social handles, bios, categories, interests, location information you provide, portfolio content, audience or performance information, preferences, and professional availability.
  • Engagement records: Offers, briefs, negotiated prices, deliverables, assets, applications, invitations, approvals, edit requests, proof links, screenshots, posts, messages, disputes, and support communications.
  • Payment-related records: Purchase and subscription history, funded budgets, fees, credits, refunds, payout amounts, payout preferences and destinations, provider identifiers, and payment or tax-verification information where required. Stripe, Stripe Connect, PayPal, or another supported provider may collect payment credentials directly under its own policy. Do not send card numbers or authentication secrets in messages.
  • Verification and agreement records: Contact and social-account verification, age and authority confirmations, legal versions and acceptance records, timestamps, IP address, browser information, and related security evidence.
  • AI feature information: Prompts, relevant conversation history, selected workspace and campaign context, files, links, generated responses, action confirmations, review results, and feedback.

Information needed to authenticate you, perform an engagement, process a payment, or meet a legal obligation may be required for that function. If you do not provide it, the relevant function may be unavailable. Other profile details and optional feature inputs are your choice.

1.2 Information from social platforms and other sources

With the permissions you grant, connected social platforms may provide account identifiers, handles, profile details, authentication tokens and permission status, media, post metadata, audience insights, and performance metrics. Supported connections and data depend on the platform and feature. We use Meta and Instagram information for authorized connected-account features and do not sell it or use it for unrelated advertising.

We also receive information from Brands, Creators, authorized team members, payment providers, and data or research providers. Creator discovery and Lasso may use public professional profiles, websites, posts, follower counts, engagement, and related information from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other public sources, including information about people who have not registered with Amplifii. Public availability does not remove applicable privacy rights. Contact us to request correction, review, or removal of a discovery profile.

1.3 Usage, device, and attribution information

We may collect IP address and approximate location derived from it, browser and device information, referring pages, pages and features used, timestamps, session and request identifiers, errors, and performance or security logs. We may derive recommendations, eligibility indicators, campaign matches, and fraud signals from relevant account, campaign, and performance information.

When a Brand uses supported attribution, we may process tracked-link and click identifiers, campaign and Creator identifiers, promotional-code use, landing-page information, and conversion events supplied by the Brand or its measurement provider. Depending on the integration, events may include an order or event identifier, event time, value, and pseudonymous identifiers used for attribution. Brands must provide required notices and obtain any necessary consent before sending visitor or customer information. Campaign reporting is distinct from advertising-network targeting.

1.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Platform uses cookies and browser storage for functions such as authentication, security, account preferences, and remembering notice choices. Infrastructure and performance tools may process browser requests and technical information. The application uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights; hosting and security services may also record operational traffic. The tools present vary by page and feature.

Where third-party media or connected content is loaded, that provider may receive your IP address, browser information, and the page request, and may use its own cookies. A link to a third-party site is different from loading embedded content on Amplifii.

On the public marketing website, optional PostHog analytics and session recordings start only after you choose "Allow analytics." These help us understand visits, traffic sources, clicks, and where visitors leave. Form inputs are masked and forms are excluded from recordings. Use "Analytics preferences" to decline or withdraw your choice; the site also disables this optional tracking when Global Privacy Control is enabled. Browser storage remembers your choice.

The application's current Cookie Notice is informational: selecting "Got it" dismisses the notice and does not disable analytics or constitute consent to optional tracking. There is currently no Platform-wide granular cookie preference center. You can use browser or device controls to limit cookies and storage, although doing so can affect sign-in and other functionality. Where applicable law requires prior consent for a nonessential technology, that requirement applies independently of this Policy or notice.

Amplifii does not sell personal information or share it with advertising networks for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. You can send privacy choices to hello@amplifiimarket.com. Global Privacy Control is a browser signal for applicable sale or sharing opt-outs; we do not conduct those activities. Other "Do Not Track" browser settings do not currently change Platform behavior.

2. Purposes and Legal Bases

We use personal information for the following purposes. Where European, UK, or similar law requires a legal basis, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity:

  • Provide the service and perform agreements: Create accounts, authenticate users, manage teams, facilitate accepted engagements, process funding and payouts, administer subscriptions, deliver requested AI assistance, and provide campaign reporting.
  • Legitimate business interests, subject to applicable rights: Operate and secure the Platform, prevent fraud, verify performance, resolve disputes, support users, maintain reliability, improve usability, and help Brands and Creators discover relevant professional opportunities. We consider the effect on individuals and use relevant information for those purposes.
  • Legal obligations: Maintain required financial, tax, compliance, and security records; respond to lawful requests; and fulfill applicable privacy obligations.
  • Consent where required: Optional communications, social permissions, or technologies and processing that require consent. You can withdraw consent for future processing without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

We send service communications such as account verification, security notices, engagement updates, receipts, and support replies. Marketing or opportunity communications are subject to applicable preferences and law. See Section 6 for choices. We do not use this Policy as permission to repurpose private messages or campaign information for unrelated advertising.

3. How Information Is Shared

3.1 Public profiles and engagement participants

Creator profile information, authorized portfolio content, public social information, and relevant performance information may appear in discovery or profile views available to Brands or others, depending on the feature and visibility settings. Campaign participants and authorized workspace members may receive the details needed to evaluate an opportunity, perform work, review proof, resolve an issue, or report results.

Visibility depends on the type of information and the person's role. Private authentication tokens and full payment credentials are not public profile information. Payout destinations and private contact details are handled for authorized account, payment, support, or compliance purposes. A public campaign post remains visible according to the social platform's settings.

3.2 Service providers

We use providers for hosting, databases, storage, authentication, email or verification messages, support, payments and payouts, analytics, performance monitoring, security, AI inference and routing, and web research. Providers receive the information needed for the function they perform, subject to applicable agreements and law. Payment and social providers may also act independently for their own regulated, security, or account-management purposes under their policies.

3.3 Connected services, legal requirements, and business transfers

We exchange information with social accounts and measurement integrations you authorize to provide the requested connection and features. We may disclose relevant information to comply with law, enforce agreements, investigate misuse, or protect people's rights and safety, where legally permitted. Information may transfer during a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of the business, subject to applicable confidentiality, privacy, and notice obligations. We may also disclose information at your direction.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The operational disclosures described here enable the services you use; they are not a general authorization for recipients to market to you or reuse private data.

4. AI Processing and Automated Features

When an AI-enabled feature is used, relevant prompts, conversations, campaign materials, profile or workspace context, public research, and generated outputs may be processed by AI model, routing, hosting, or research providers. The context depends on the task and permissions. Features may assist with discovery, recommendations, drafting, content review, and reporting. Do not provide sensitive information that is unnecessary for the task.

We configure supported AI routing and model providers to disallow use of Amplifii prompts and outputs for training their general-purpose models. Amplifii does not currently use private AI interaction content to train a general-purpose foundation model. This is not a claim of zero retention: providers may retain information for service delivery, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, or legal obligations under their applicable terms and controls. Deliberate feedback and aggregated or de-identified reliability signals may help improve the Platform.

Automated systems may help match Creators to opportunities, estimate performance or compensation, identify suspicious activity, or evaluate a submission against a brief. Relevant inputs can include account eligibility, accepted campaign requirements, submitted materials, public or authorized metrics, and integrity signals. These tools can affect recommendations, review status, or whether additional verification is needed; they can also be wrong. Available automation depends on the feature and settings.

Contact hello@amplifiimarket.com to challenge an inaccurate result, provide context, or request human review of a decision affecting you. Where applicable law gives additional rights concerning solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, you may exercise those rights through the same contact.

5. Security and International Processing

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and processing involved, including access restrictions and account-security controls. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Protect your account and contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Amplifii is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Applicable international-transfer requirements still apply; this Policy does not itself provide a transfer safeguard or waive your rights. Contact us for information about the processing locations and safeguards applicable to your information, or to request a copy of an applicable contractual safeguard.

6. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

6.1 Account, communication, and connection choices

Use available account settings to update your information and communication preferences. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using their link or contact support. Essential service messages may continue while needed to administer your account or existing work. You may object to direct marketing at any time.

You can revoke a social connection through the social provider's settings, through Amplifii where a disconnection control is available, or by contacting support. Revoking authorization stops new access through that authorization, but does not automatically delete public information or previously retained transaction and campaign records. A deletion request is a separate action.

6.2 Access, correction, deletion, and other requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to know about and access personal information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain profiling. U.S. state laws may also provide rights to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We do not sell data or use ad-network targeting. We use sensitive account, verification, or payment information for the service, security, and legal purposes described here.

Send requests to hello@amplifiimarket.com with a description of the request and enough information to locate the relevant account or profile. You do not need an Amplifii account to make a privacy request. Please do not include your password, access token, full card number, or unnecessary identity documents. We may request proportionate verification before disclosing or changing private information.

Account or data deletion: Use the subject "Data Deletion Request" and identify your account email or public profile. We will assess deletion of personal information and applicable provider-held information, subject to legal exceptions. Closing an account, deleting a profile, disconnecting a social account, and removing a public post are different actions; tell us which you need.

Meta and Instagram data deletion: Use the subject "Meta Data Deletion Request," your Amplifii account email if you have one, and the relevant Facebook or Instagram username. You may also revoke Amplifii's access through Meta's controls. We will process deletion or de-identification of data received through that connection and address disconnection, subject to applicable retention obligations and platform requirements.

We respond within the time required by the law that applies to your request. Where the GDPR applies, this is ordinarily within one month; where applicable U.S. state law uses a 45-day period, we follow that period. If an allowed extension is necessary, we will explain it within the required time. Requests are generally free; any permitted exception will be explained.

6.3 Authorized agents, appeals, and complaints

You may use an authorized agent where applicable law permits. We may verify both the agent's authority and your identity as required. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

If we decline a request, we will explain the basis and any available appeal. To appeal, reply to our response or email support with "Privacy Appeal." You may also complain to your state privacy regulator or attorney general, or, where applicable, your European data protection authority or the UK Information Commissioner's Office. These rights remain available whether or not you first contact us.

7. Data Retention

Retention depends on the type of information, the service requested, an ongoing engagement or account relationship, security and fraud-prevention needs, disputes, and applicable legal requirements. We do not use one retention period for all information.

  • Account, profile, and communication data: Retained as needed to operate the account, provide support, maintain authorized professional discovery, and address closure or privacy requests.
  • Campaign, content, and proof records: Retained as needed to perform and document engagements, verify results, provide authorized reports, and resolve disputes.
  • Financial and agreement records: Payment, fee, tax, consent, and transaction evidence may remain after account closure for legal, accounting, compliance, and claim-related requirements.
  • Connected-account data: Access depends on current permissions. Previously obtained information may remain where needed for a legitimate retained record or legal obligation, subject to social-platform terms and applicable privacy rights.
  • AI, technical, and security records: Retained for requested history or functionality, reliability, security, abuse prevention, and legal obligations. Provider retention can differ from the retention of information visible in the product.

When information is no longer needed for a permitted purpose, it is deleted or de-identified as applicable. Backups and temporary caches may take additional time to cycle out. Information retained for a legal hold or other valid exception remains subject to access restrictions. Deleting information from Amplifii does not itself remove content already public on a social platform or copies lawfully held by another participant.

8. Age Requirements

Amplifii accounts and services are intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow children to register or knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child or an underage account holder has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate deletion or account action, subject to applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

Social networks, payment providers, Brand websites, measurement providers, and linked services have their own privacy practices. Their policies govern information they collect independently. Review those policies before connecting an account or providing information. Our use of a provider does not remove our responsibilities for processing we control.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will post revisions with an updated date. For material changes, we will provide prominent notice through the Platform or another appropriate channel and obtain consent where required before a new use begins. An update is not permission to retroactively repurpose private content for unrelated advertising or general-purpose model training. Previous versions are available on request.

11. Contact Us
