Terms of Service
Updated October 8, 2026
This October 8, 2026 update reflects Amplifii's current subscription prices, billing periods, transaction fees, Creator Roster, and Amplifii Managed offering. It does not change the price, fee, earned payment, content rights, or other terms already accepted for an existing engagement, or override a separate written agreement. Changes that require notice or renewed acceptance apply as described in Section 15.
1. About Amplifii and These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the websites, applications, and services provided by Amplifii Marketplace LLC ("Amplifii," "we," "us," or "our"), together the "Platform." By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using the Platform after receiving notice of these Terms, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
- Creator: A person or business offering content, social distribution, or promotional services through the Platform, including an authorized operator of a themed social page.
- Brand: A business, advertiser, agency, or authorized team using the Platform to work with Creators.
- Engagement: Work agreed between a Brand and a Creator through a Marketplace offer, Bounty, or Creator Roster engagement.
- Bounty: A funded campaign with a brief, eligibility rules, deadlines, payment terms, and requirements for participation and completion.
- Campaign terms: The brief and commercial terms accepted for an engagement, including deliverables, payment basis, caps, review requirements, deadlines, and any agreed content usage or exclusivity.
- Proof of completion: Submitted or collected posts, links, media, screenshots, metrics, and related records used to verify work.
Amplifii provides tools for discovery, offers, campaign management, payments, and reporting. Creators and Brands are independent participants. Using the Platform does not by itself create employment, a partnership, or an agency relationship with Amplifii or another participant. Each participant remains responsible for its own business, work, legal obligations, and authorized representatives.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and legally permitted to use the services. If you act for an organization or a social page, you must have authority to bind it and manage the accounts and materials you provide.
Provide accurate account, contact, business, social account, and payout information, and keep it current. Protect your credentials and use available team permissions for authorized colleagues. You are responsible for activity you authorize and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access to hello@amplifiimarket.com. Do not share passwords or access tokens with unauthorized parties.
We may verify identity, contact details, account ownership, eligibility, and payment information, and may request information reasonably needed to prevent fraud or comply with law. An account or connection does not guarantee acceptance into an opportunity. Feature availability depends on role, plan, eligibility, location, and product configuration.
3. Marketplace, Payments, and Fees
3.1 Offers and confirmed work
Brands may discover Creators and send or negotiate offers. Creators choose which offers to accept. An offer or a Creator's acceptance alone does not establish that payment has been collected. Complete the confirmation and funding steps shown in the Platform before treating work as active. The accepted campaign terms govern the work, and changes require agreement through the applicable workflow.
3.2 Current Creator fees
Joining Amplifii is free for Creators. Unless different terms are expressly disclosed and accepted for the engagement, the following fees are deducted from gross Creator earnings on successful work:
- Marketplace and Creator Roster engagements: 7.5%. For example, $100 in gross earnings results in $92.50 after the Amplifii fee.
- Bounties: 10%. For example, $100 in gross earnings results in $90 after the Amplifii fee.
Fees are calculated and rounded in the transaction currency. Estimated earnings and maximum payment caps are not guaranteed payouts. Existing engagements retain their accepted fee terms; this update does not recalculate historical transactions.
3.3 Brand fees
For Marketplace engagements, the Brand fee is 10% of the agreed Creator amount for Starter, 5% for Growth, and 0% for Scale. Free does not include Marketplace access. Creator Roster is included with Scale and has a 0% Brand fee. Amplifii Managed includes Scale software; separately agreed commercial terms govern its services and any custom fees. A Brand fee waiver does not by itself waive the Creator's fee. After a Creator accepts a verified imported relationship, the Creator fee is 0% for Marketplace and Creator Roster work with the original importing Brand; the standard Creator fee applies to work with other Brands. This relationship waiver never applies to Bounties. Brand Bounty funding fees are described in Section 7 and are separate from Creator fees.
3.4 Payment processing and payouts
Payments and payouts may use Stripe, Stripe Connect, PayPal, or another supported method identified in the Platform or agreed with Amplifii. Providers may require their own verification and terms. Any separate processing, currency-conversion, payout, or other charge must be disclosed in the applicable payment flow or provider terms.
Funds may be collected before work begins and released after the applicable completion, approval, verification, and settlement requirements are met. A funded balance, approved submission, or pending payout is not confirmation of a completed transfer. Payment timing may depend on the payment method, verification, provider processing, and a legitimate dispute or fraud review. Amplifii does not represent that it operates a bank, deposit account, or licensed escrow service, and Platform balances do not earn interest.
You authorize charges you confirm and any recurring charges you separately accept. You are responsible for accurate payout instructions and your own taxes. Applicable taxes, withholding, and reporting may affect amounts paid. Contact support promptly about a payment error. Nothing in these Terms removes an earned payment or mandatory refund right.
4. Bounties
4.1 Participation and review
Each Bounty states its eligibility, brief, payment basis, budget, deadlines, review steps, and proof requirements. Applying, opting in, receiving an invitation, or submitting work does not guarantee acceptance or payment. Follow the required approval and posting sequence. A Brand or an authorized review feature may request edits or reject work that does not meet the accepted requirements.
4.2 Earnings and verification
A Bounty may pay a fixed amount, a performance-based amount, or another disclosed amount, subject to accepted caps and available funded commitments. Performance estimates are estimates. Final earnings depend on the accepted campaign terms, qualifying verified performance, completion, and any valid adjustments. Brands may not retrospectively lower accepted compensation by editing a brief.
Submit accurate proof, keep required content available for the agreed period, and preserve the post's publicly available metrics during campaign review and payment determination. Do not hide or manipulate a metric the social platform supports for public display. A metric that a platform does not provide is not required solely by this provision. Report removed posts, inaccessible metrics, or connection problems promptly so available evidence can be reviewed.
4.3 Funding, unused budget, and withdrawal
Brands fund Bounties before activation through the applicable flow. Reserved amounts, earned payments, and unused budget are different states. Unused funds may remain available as Brand credit as shown in the Platform; a credit is not an automatic cash refund. Any refund, return, cancellation, or withdrawal is subject to existing commitments, the accepted terms, the disclosed transaction policy, and applicable law. Withdrawing from a Bounty does not erase completed work, existing payment obligations, or a dispute.
4.4 Integrity and payment review
Late, incomplete, fraudulent, unverifiable, or otherwise noncompliant work may be ineligible for payment to the extent supported by the accepted requirements and applicable law. We may use automated checks, platform data, historical comparisons, and human review to investigate suspected manipulation or noncompliance. A temporary hold may apply to the affected amount during review. You may submit evidence or request review through support. Payment adjustments must relate to the affected work and a supported reason.
5. Connected Social Accounts
Connect only social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. When you connect an account, you authorize us to access and process the information made available through the permissions you approve for verification, discovery, campaign administration, reporting, and other features you use. Supported features may involve Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, or other services.
Follow the applicable social platform's terms, advertising rules, and permissions. Third-party platforms can change APIs, restrict accounts, delay metrics, or revoke access. We cannot guarantee their availability or accuracy. Disconnecting or revoking permissions may affect verification and reporting; it does not automatically forfeit payments already earned. See the Privacy Policy for disconnection and data-deletion instructions.
6. Advantage and Creator Roster
Advantage supports ongoing Creator relationships, private rosters, and Creator Roster engagements. Advantage is a capability available through eligible Scale and Amplifii Managed plans, not a separate subscription tier.
Deliverables, duration, payment schedules, cancellation, category exclusivity, content usage, and renewal must be specified in the accepted engagement or separate written agreement. A profile listing, roster membership, or past collaboration alone does not create exclusivity. Any exclusivity is limited to the categories, channels, territory, and period actually agreed. Existing written agreements remain effective according to their terms.
7. Brand Plans and Billing
7.1 Current plans and fees
Amplifii offers Free, Starter, Growth, Scale, and Amplifii Managed. Free includes unlimited Bounties without a subscription. The first eligible, successfully funded Bounty has a 0% Brand fee on every plan, including later top-ups to that same Bounty. The Brand still funds the Creator reward pool. Later Bounties use the Brand's current plan fee:
- Free: No subscription charge; 15% Brand Bounty fee after the first-Bounty waiver. One team seat.
- Starter: $299 per month or $800 every three months; 10% Brand Bounty and Marketplace fees. One team seat.
- Growth: $599 per month or $1,600 every three months; 5% Brand Bounty and Marketplace fees. Three team seats.
- Scale: $3,750 every three months, with a three-month minimum; 0% Brand Bounty, Marketplace, and Creator Roster fees. Ten team seats.
- Amplifii Managed: Available to Brands with a Creator spend budget of at least $15,000 per month. This is the budget for paying Creators, not the management fee paid to Amplifii. Scale software is included; management fees, service scope, and any custom Bounty fee are expressly agreed in separate written commercial terms.
The Brand Bounty fee is added to the funded Creator budget. It is not taken out of that reward pool. The Creator fee in Section 3 is separately deducted from Creator earnings. Subscription charges and applicable taxes are also separate.
These subscription prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Creator payments and Brand transaction fees are separate from the subscription charge. A quarterly subscription is charged in full every three months; the displayed monthly equivalent is for comparison and is not a monthly billing option. Scale’s $1,250 monthly equivalent is billed as $3,750 per quarter. Current features and available billing periods appear on our pricing page and in the applicable order flow. Existing annual subscriptions and separately agreed prices continue under their accepted terms unless changed through an authorized confirmation flow. The total charge and commitment shown before confirmation govern the purchase.
7.2 Renewals, changes, and cancellation
A recurring subscription renews for its disclosed billing period until canceled, unless its order form states otherwise. By purchasing it, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges. We will provide any renewal or price-change notices required by law. A price change does not retroactively change a completed purchase or an accepted campaign price.
Use available Billing settings or contact hello@amplifiimarket.com to request a plan change or cancellation. Where self-service changes are available, upgrades take effect through the confirmation flow with any disclosed proration; downgrades and cancellation ordinarily take effect at the end of the current paid period. The flow or written agreement identifies the effective date, charge, credit, and remaining access before confirmation. Contact support if a control is unavailable.
When paid access ends, the Brand returns to Free unless another active administered entitlement applies. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the applicable terms; it does not automatically refund the current period or cancel funded engagements. Refunds and credits follow the disclosed purchase terms and mandatory legal rights. Failed payment may restrict access after applicable notice. A plan ending does not extinguish obligations for already accepted work. Historical records may remain subject to the retention practices in the Privacy Policy.
8. Conductor, Lasso, and Attribution
Conductor and other AI-enabled tools may assist with research, briefs, recommendations, offers, content review, or reporting where available. Lasso supports Creator discovery and sourcing. Availability and permitted actions depend on your account and the feature's settings. Review generated content and suggested actions for accuracy, rights, and compliance. AI may make mistakes; a recommendation is not a guarantee of performance or payment.
You authorize only the actions you confirm or expressly enable within a feature's supported settings. Do not submit information you lack permission to use. You remain responsible for campaign decisions and materials you approve; automated review does not excuse misleading advertising or noncompliant content.
Attribution may use tracked links, promotional codes, Brand-provided events, and connected measurement providers. Reports can be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or affected by third-party data and attribution windows. A reported click or conversion is not a guarantee of incremental sales or a payable event unless the accepted campaign terms make it one. Brands are responsible for lawful collection, required notices and consent, and authorized transmission of their customer or visitor data.
9. Disputes and Payment Review
Report an issue through available dispute controls or hello@amplifiimarket.com. Identify the engagement, disputed amount, and supporting evidence, and observe any deadline disclosed in the accepted campaign terms. We may review the brief, communications, proof, metrics, and payment records, request more information, and correct errors or administer a supported release, hold, credit, or refund.
Our operational review is not binding arbitration or a waiver of access to courts, regulators, payment-provider dispute rights, or other rights required by law. Do not submit knowingly false chargebacks or duplicate reimbursement claims. Legitimate disputes and privacy complaints are permitted. A suspected violation alone does not establish fraud.
10. Platform Transactions
Complete engagements arranged through Amplifii using the authorized Platform payment process or another method expressly approved by Amplifii. Do not divert an accepted Platform engagement to evade agreed fees or conceal payment. This does not claim ownership of your independently established relationships or prohibit lawful work outside an applicable agreement.
Support for an off-platform transaction is limited because we may not have its records or control its payment. We do not promise blanket payment insurance or security guarantees. Suspected circumvention is reviewed under these Terms; any action must account for the circumstances and available evidence.
11. Content Rights and Confidentiality
You retain ownership of the content, trademarks, and other materials you provide, subject to rights you expressly grant. You give Amplifii the limited, nonexclusive permission needed to host, process, reproduce, display, and share those materials to operate the features you request, administer engagements, verify work, resolve disputes, and provide reporting. We may use service providers for those purposes.
Brands may use submitted content and proof to review, verify, administer, and document the engagement. Broader commercial reuse, paid advertising, account access, editing, licensing, or exclusivity requires the rights specified in the accepted campaign terms or another agreement. Paying for a post does not automatically transfer ownership or unlimited usage rights. Each participant must have permission for music, images, likenesses, claims, and other third-party material it supplies.
Protect nonpublic campaign plans, business information, private messages, personal information, and materials identified as confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential. Use them only for the engagement or another authorized purpose. This obligation does not cover information lawfully public, independently developed, or lawfully received without restriction. It does not prevent required advertising disclosures, truthful reviews, legal advice, lawful reporting, or disclosures required by law. Public promotional content is intended to be public.
Amplifii retains its rights in the Platform, software, and branding. Use them only as authorized. Report suspected infringement to support with your contact details, the work involved, and the location of the disputed material.
12. Advertising and Acceptable Use
Creators and Brands must make clear and conspicuous disclosures of paid, gifted, affiliate, or other material relationships and comply with applicable advertising law and social platform rules. Endorsements must reflect honest views or experience, and advertising claims must be supportable. Use a platform's disclosure tools where required, together with any additional disclosure needed for clarity.
Do not use bots, purchased or fabricated engagement, false identities, altered proof, deceptive reviews, or other manipulation. Do not infringe rights, harass people, send unlawful spam, expose private information, upload malicious code, bypass access controls, misuse credentials, or access information without authorization.
Brands promoting regulated products or services must ensure that the campaign, claims, targeting, audience age, locations, and necessary approvals are lawful. Creators must follow the applicable brief and restrictions and decline work they cannot lawfully perform. Amplifii's tools and review do not replace each participant's legal obligations.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Platform and request account closure through support, subject to outstanding engagements and payments. Cancel any recurring subscription separately using the process in Section 7.
We may restrict features, suspend access, or terminate an account for a material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or other legitimate reason. We may act promptly to prevent harm or comply with law. Where practicable and appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support for review; disclosures may be limited by security, privacy, or legal obligations.
Closure does not automatically forfeit earned amounts, erase existing commitments, or require immediate deletion of records that must be retained. Payment, tax, confidentiality, properly granted content rights, dispute, indemnification, and other provisions that by their nature should survive remain effective as applicable.
14. Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee audience response, campaign results, uninterrupted service, third-party metrics, or a specific payout-processing time.
We do not control social platforms, payment providers, or other third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, policies, fees, or performance. Their terms may apply separately. This does not excuse our own obligations under these Terms or applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Amplifii is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, mandatory consumer or privacy rights, or an obligation to account for and pay amounts properly owed.
15. Updates to These Terms
We will identify revisions with an updated date. Material changes will receive prominent notice through the Platform or another appropriate channel, with advance notice and renewed acceptance where required by law or the existing agreement. An updated page alone does not retroactively change accepted engagement terms or substitute for required consent. Changes apply prospectively once the applicable notice and acceptance requirements have been met. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop entering new engagements and contact support about closing your account while resolving existing commitments.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms removes a court, regulatory, or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Amplifii and its personnel against third-party claims and reasonable associated costs arising from your unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or materials you provide. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Amplifii's own breach or wrongful conduct. We will give reasonable notice, cooperate in the defense, and not agree to a settlement imposing an admission or nonmonetary obligation on you without your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.
18. General Terms and Contact
These Terms and the applicable accepted campaign and purchase terms form the agreement for the relevant services. A separate written agreement signed or expressly accepted by Amplifii controls over conflicting general provisions for its specific subject. An engagement brief cannot override mandatory law or Amplifii's fees without our agreement.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or agreement without our consent; we may transfer our rights and obligations in a lawful business reorganization or transfer, subject to your existing rights and the Privacy Policy. Notices may be provided through the Platform or the contact information associated with your account.
